Consent for 3-Months Trial Period of SnapOpportunity's Platform

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between SnapOpportunity, a ZAM ZILLA LLC Company, a legal entity based in the State of California (“SnapOpportunity”), and the customer (“Customer”) for a 3-month trial period of SnapOpportunity's AI-driven platform.

Trial Period: The trial period is to provide the Customer the opportunity to evaluate the AI-driven platform that SnapOpportunity develops or has developed for the Customer.

Fees: The agreed monthly fee, which will be invoiced to the Customer, is non-refundable.

Results: There is no guarantee on the actual results; however, SnapOpportunity aims to generate the desired outcome.

Cancellation: The Customer may cancel the project after 3 months of efforts without any reason.

Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions: SnapOpportunity's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions apply.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information related to the platform, including but not limited to, technical specifications, business strategies, and customer data, confidential. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability: SnapOpportunity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) the Customer’s use of the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of SnapOpportunity's servers and/or any personal information stored therein; any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By checking the box, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
